Core Minerals Completes Regional Roll-up to CountryMark

On May 7, 2010 Core Minerals Holdings, LLC, an EnCap Investments L.P. portfolio company, sold its Illinois Basin oil production, including over 600 wells, to CountryMark Energy Resources, LLC, an Indianapolis, IN based company and operator of the CountryMark Coop Refinery in Mount Vernon, IN.
